It is a matter of pride and honour for me to assume the chairmanship of the Board of Trustees of the University of Civilisation, which was established by a group of academic professors with experience and knowledge in various disciplines, together with a group of distinguished professors in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to start, with God’s blessing and success, working to serve Yemen and its people…
Our goals
- Working to develop higher education institutions in the Arab world in coordination with the Union of Arab Universities and building the closest relations with distinguished international universities.
- Encourage and support scientific research in all branches of science and knowledge by building the closest relations with universities and scientific research centres in the world.
- Sponsoring scientists and innovators and encouraging them to research and development, as well as sponsoring the first and distinguished students and embracing them scientifically and providing them with the best possible services in line with the Foundation’s objectives.
- Embrace patents and their owners and work to implement them in practice.
- Sponsoring outstanding students and encouraging them to complete their postgraduate studies in various medical, engineering and humanitarian sciences.
- Providing fellowships and scholarships for outstanding students.
- Holding scientific conferences, seminars and workshops to encourage research and development in all branches of science and knowledge.
- Open training courses for doctors, dentists, pharmacists, medical professionals and all scientific and humanitarian specialisations…
- Encouraging authorship, translation and publication in all branches of science and knowledge in a way that contributes to the service and development of society.
- Organising conferences, festivals and seminars to strengthen the partnership between the university and other educational and scientific institutions…
- Supporting cultural, youth and sports centres and all social activities in line with the university’s objectives.
Advice for students
Here, I would like to remind our dear students of the need for diligence, diligence and perseverance in acquiring knowledge in line with the university’s goals and ambitions to make its students among the best university students in terms of scientific level in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to create a conscious generation that contributes to building Yemen and achieving its goals and aspirations.
