The College of Commerce and Administrative Sciences at Al-Hadara University organized a field trip for the third and fourth levels of the Accounting Department on Thursday, January 18, 2023. The field trip was to Dar Al-Ghidaa Factory, which produces tahini, aiming to connect scientific experiments with practical application. The students were received by Mr. Abdullah Al-Omari, the Development Manager of the company, and the Executive Director of the factory. During the visit, the students were explained about the different stages of tahini production, starting from raw materials to the final manufacturing process. They were also introduced to the primary and secondary products resulting from the operational process. The students expressed their gratitude for the warm reception and detailed explanation provided by Mr. Abdullah Al-Omari, the Executive Director. Accompanying the students were Dr. Bashir Al-Salwi and Dr. Salah Al-Makhlafi.
